A blog about my misadventures in learning to paint miniatures for my tabletop gaming hobby since 2010. I may never reach professional quality, but it'll be fun trying to do so.

Blood Angels Pre-Heresy Fellblade
Sad to see it go, but unfortunately bills come first.
How have you found the heresy models compare to the normal plastic ones? Im thinking of starting a pre-heresy Blood Angels and wondered how easy they were to use.
I recently sold that army in the photo with the intention of wholly starting over using only Forge World Heresy models, thus the lack of updates lately. I really like the Forge World models because they are so well detailed. But GWs plastics are not far behind in quality and their plastic kits are definitely some of the best in the industry.
The Forge World ones, however, allow me to be more consistently canonical which is of absolute importance to me as I recreate my Heresy army.

The whole army looks great.
